Volunteer Opportunities
Individual Volunteers

Small Groups (8–10 people)
This is the ideal group size for helping in our warehouse due to space constraints in the packing area. We typically schedule groups in 2-hour time slots, but we are happy to adjust based on your availability.
Some groups choose to combine their volunteer time with a product drive. If you’d like to do this, please click here for more details. Part of your time at the warehouse can then be spent sorting and shelving the items your group collected (you are welcome to award service hours for donated products!).

Large Groups (10+ people)
Due to limited space in our warehouse, accommodating groups larger than 10 volunteers can be challenging. However, there are still plenty of ways your group can help!
Many larger groups organize a product drive or purchase items from our Amazon or Walmart wish lists. You can sort and pack the items at your own location, and we’ll coordinate pickup or meet you at the warehouse for a tour and photos.

Please note that we typically do not have volunteer opportunities at the warehouse from mid-May thru July.
Other Ways to Help
School Drivers: Once every quarter (September, November, February, May), we need volunteers to deliver Refresh Packs to school campuses.
Muscle: Occasionally, we need help picking up bulk orders from Dollar Tree or H-E-B.
Pack Leads: Get trained to lead volunteer groups in our warehouse during packing sessions.

Spanish-Speaking Volunteers Needed
We’re in need of volunteers who can speak Spanish to assist us in translating and communicating with the families we serve. By offering your language skills, you can help ensure every family receives the support and resources they need. Join us as a volunteer and help make a difference.
